As we all know, our neighborhood common areas are in dire need of maintenance and/or repair. As Steeplechase does not have a mandatory HOA, we must scratch and claw from year to year to make do with the funds our members so generously donate via HOA membership. Unfortunately, there just isn't enough money to keep up with mother nature.
As such, the HOA Board is posting a list of small and large items in need of repair around Steeplechase. We all have different skills and resources. Our hope is our neighbors who understand how not maintaining neighborhood common areas can negatively impact property values, do what they can to help out.
Anyone is welcome to repair any of the items on the list below. Please check with the Board before starting any tasks so we are both clear about what is happening.

We have created an e-mail distribution list for those available to help out around the 'hood. The idea is, when you are planning to do some work on HOA items, send an e-mail
