Community Membership
Community Membership is an annual commitment of $100, expected of all Steeplechase Residents, which helps preserve and enhance the value of our neighborhood, your home and provides you with many other great benefits. Payments made online include a $4.10 processing fee.

Facility Membership
Facility Membership Lump Sum Payment. Facility Membership is an optional annual commitment of $510 ($560 after March 20) entitling members to all the benefits of Community Membership plus access to all Steeplechase recreational facilities, facility activities and many other great benefits. Payments made online include a $18.94 processing fee. If you have already paid your Community Membership dues and wish to upgrade to Facility Membership, contact the Webmaster at webmaster@steeplechase.org for instructions on how to upgrade.
