HOA Benefits
Steeplechase Residents Homeowners Association (SRHA) is an HOA established to keep Steeplechase a great place to live. Our structure allows us to have two different membership types to best fit the needs of your family. Joining SRHA benefits everyone in our neighborhood. Community and Facility dues contribute to neighborhood upkeep such as lawn maintenance, lighting, seasonal decorations, swim and tennis maintenance, and so much more. When you commit to joining SRHA you commit to keeping Steeplechase a great place to live!

Community and Facility dues are due March 1st, 2023. After April 1st, 2023 Facility dues are subject to a $50 late fee.

Community: $100Community Membership's main goal is to bring Steeplechase neighbors together and maintain all neighborhood common spaces. Community dues support neighborhood maintenance for all, and we encourage every neighbor to join to help take part in keeping Steeplechase a great place to live. Community Membership is a prerequisite to join the Facility which allows use of Pool and Tennis Courts.

Facility: $510Facility Membership grants each member access to everything under Community and additional Facility benefits are listed below. Joining SRHA Facility brings an additional level of community, and allows your family to participate in several events throughout the year. All SRHA Facility Memberships must also join SRHA Community. Total dues will be $526 before April 1, 2023.

The Steeplechase Residents Homeowners Association oversees the common facilities, grounds, and entranceways of the neighborhood. There are no restrictive covenants administered by the Association. Homeowners are bound by the laws and regulations of the Gwinnett County Government and other government agencies with jurisdiction here.
