Steeplechase has partnered with PayPal, the world's #1 online payment service, to provide our residents with a convenient and secure method to pay their neighborhood Membership Fees by Credit or Debit Card or eCheck online. Steeplechase residents can now join the over 20 million people, including more than 3 million business accounts, who currently use PayPal's online payment services.
Community Membership is an annual commitment of $65, expected of all Steeplechase Residents, which helps to preserve and enhance the value of your neighborhood and your home, and which provides you with many other great benefits. Payments made online include a $2.75 processing fee.
To pay the Community Membership fee by Credit or Debit Card or eCheck, click the button below. You will be taken to PayPal's secure website, where you will be prompted to supply your payment information and complete the transaction.
Facility Membership is an optional annual commitment of $440 that entitles paid members to all the benefits of Community Membership plus access to all Steeplechase recreation facilities and facility activities, as well as many other great benefits. Payments made online include a $15 processing fee. Payments made after the March 1, 2010 deadline include a $38 late fee. If you have already paid your 2010 Community Membership fee and wish to upgrade to Facility Membership, contact the Webmaster at webmaster@steeplechase.org for instructions on how to upgrade.
