Advertising Information

We welcome businesses and individuals who wish to advertise in our newsletter.

Deadlines

• The deadline is the 15th of each month.
• No ads will be published until payment has been received.

Rates

If you are a Steeplechase resident, and under 18, classified ads are free. Regular ad rates are listed below:

• Half* page, $25, (4.5"H x 7.5"W) (*we accept a limited number due to space limitations)
• Quarter page, $15, (4.5"H x 3.5"W)
• Business card, $5 (2"H x 3.5"W)
• Classified ad, $5

The Details

• Ads may be emailed, snail-mailed, or dropped off to the Editor.
• Ads do not have to be camera-ready. Just indicate the size of the ad, and provide any text and graphics you wish to use by email or on a disk.
• If you do submit a camera-ready ad, it must fit within the published dimensions (above).
• Ads submitted in electronic format (by email or on a disk) MUST be in a standard graphic format, such as .jpg, .gif, .eps, .ai, or .psd! There will be a layout charge if non-standard formats are used.
• The Newsletter Editor and the Board reserve the right to determine whether an ad is suitable for publication in our neighborhood newsletter.
