| April 9 & 10 | Spring Yard Sale - 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - $5 to participate |
| May 1 | Neighborhood Workday - 9:00 a.m. at the Facility |

| May 31 | Memorial Day Parade - 10:30 a.m. |
| May 31 | Memorial Day Facility Party & Cookout - 12:00 noon at the Facility |
| July 4 | Facility Pool Party & Cookout - 12:00 noon at the Facility |
| August 8 | Community Back to School Ice-Cream Social 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Pavilion, includes bananas, toppings, and popsicles/ice-cream |
| September 11 | "Adult Close the Pool Party" - Low Country Boil/Clam Bake - 7:00 p.m. until ?? |
| September 25 | Fall Community Progressive Dinner - Asking for 3 household volunteers to host for either appetizers, main course, or desserts |
| October 1-2 | Fall Community Yard Sale - 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - $5 per household goes towards signage/balloons/maps (balloons and maps can be picked up by 7:30 a.m. each morning at Pavilion) |
| October 9 | Fall Community Work Day - 9:00 a.m. meet at Pavilion for Assignments |
| October 30 | Community Halloween Bonfire & Family Campout - 5:00 p.m. set tents; 8:00 p.m. festivities begin |
| November 18 | General Membership Meeting - 7:30 p.m. at the Facility |
